Nicola Gundt
Nicola Gundt works as Assistant Professor in (European) Labour Law at Maastricht University. She has been invited to teach in St. Étienne (France) and Amsterdam (Netherlands) and focusses on modification of contracts and collective Labour Law issues. Since 2013, she participated in the INLACRIS project, an EU financed research project focussed on comparative research with regard to collective rights. She also participated in the COGENS Project on Gig-Economy and Collective Bargaining (VS/2019/0084), funded by the European Commission. Major recent publications include a commentary on the Dutch law implementing the Collective Redundancies Directive (Kluwer Arbeidsovereenkomst losbladig, WMCO), an analysis of the Dutch case law on modification (TvO 2020/2, p. 56-65) and a study on the CJEU case law on collective redundancies and their influence on Dutch dismissal law (ArA 2018/2, p. 56-74).
