Jenny Julén Votinius

Jenny Julén Votinius is a Professor in Private Law at the Faculty of Law, Lund University. She has wide experience of interdisciplinary and international research collaboration and of Labour Law research in comparative, EU and international settings. Her research is integrating perspectives from social science and political philosophy in the legal analysis of Swedish and EU Labour Law and collective bargaining. She has particularly researched the areas of non-discrimination, work- family balance, young workers, and the ageing workforce. Julén Votinius has published extensively in Swedish and international academic journals and books, she has been a visiting researcher at University of California Berkeley, and Université Lumière Lyon II, and she serves in the European Commission Expert Legal Network in Gender Equality.
